I had problems right from the beginning. I started with a townhouse. They had to put in new carpet for me because the lady who lived there before me was a pig. I had roaches coming out of the walls. Water came through the light fixtures in the living room when my roommate drained her bathtub. The dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in eons and my brand new dryer took two or three cycles to finish clothes before I had my father clean it because the maintenance men took their sweet time getting back to me. My neighbors played music until really late at night. We moved to a flat on the property to save on the rent. There we had a problem with a mouse in the apartment. I finally caught the thing with a D-Con trap under the sink. The whole place is seriously like vintage 1985--appliances, fixtures, everything--with no updates except if you need new carpets. If you'd like a nice place, Mission Oak Ridge is RIGHT across the street. Go there. I will however mention that the office staff was great. They made the experience of living there bearable.
