Management, maintainence and the landscaping are the major areas that need to be evaluated and looked into more closely. When paying rent, no receipt is given. So, you never know if they are doing something w/ your money or not. No community newsletter is given. Nothing to inspire you or bring you together as a community. The only peice of paper that you can GUARANTEE on getting in your door is if your rent is late and there is a cold, and callous "note" left there. When that "note" is left in your door the amount that is stated on the paper is so much higher and much more than you know of to pay. No explanation is given as to what the added fees or expenses are. "Just pay it or get out" is what you are told. Anyone willing to stay at Fox Run please be advised that it COULD be a good community to live in but just know that management, maintainence and the landscaping needs to change.
