I have lived at Fox Run for two years now and will be moving next month. I first have to say that although I do agree with the previous posts that this apartment does pretty much suck some of their statements are untrue. First, about the fees they charge for late rent, Angie went over the late policy thoroughly before I ever signed the lease so it is pretty ridiculous to say that they charge unexplained fees. Also, the apartment does not change management monthly. In fact, after living here for 2 years they have just recently changed management.
The reasons I dislike this apartment are:
Angie was rarely in the office and if I had to leave a message she never once called me back.
There is only one maintenance person for the complex. JK is very nice and helpful but just doesnt have enough time to do everything. It is Falcon Managements fault for not hiring him any full-time help. They are too cheap and as long as JK allows it, they will continue to take advantage of him.
The apartment is noisy! I hate the cars that drive by late at night with their music blasting, drug dreals going on, etc. I can't wait to get away from this rundown place with thin walls that you hear everything through.
By the way, the apartment boasts that it has a pool on their brochures, however, during the summer the pool was often chain-locked and only open maybe 3 days out of the week. I complained several times.
