I visited the area briefly before moving to NC from up north. Management showed me an apartment with a great floor plan. After accepting a job in the area I leased my aprtment completely over the fax machine and mail. Upon arriving, I was given an apartment with a totally different layout which suprise, cost more.
The apartment had nothing promised to me including washier/dryer hook-ups. When I spoke to management, I was told I could move to the next available apartment like the one promised. I called severaltimes over the next couple of months and was told none were available.
Finally frustrated I called anonymously and was told the apartments were indeed available. I then called the office the next day and was told these apartments were reserved for new residents only!! Needless to say, I moved before my lease was up.
