An inexpensive, safe, pretty place to live

I've lived in this complex for four years - both in a first floor one bedroom, and a two bedroom third floor unit.
Admittedly the buildings are older, and not as shiny and new as some other complexes in Greensboro. But they're totally functional, in pretty decent shape, and I've always found both the office staff and the maintenance crew to be friendly, efficient and helpful.
The laundry rooms have recently been redone, and are now much nicer, and the space (1,000 square feet in my two-bedroom) is extraordinary, especially considering the price.
