Our first year here was great, great special, great service, no problems, but when we resigned a six month lease, a) our rent went up, b) the first weekend after we signed it, we were forced to go without A/C for 4 days(90 Degree weather), because they sent gomer pyle over to fix our problem. By the way, my girlfriend who lives with me has asthma and told that to the receptionists at the desk. We also had a nest of spiders in one of our closets which we ended up having to get rid of ourselves since the ladies in the front office couldn't figure out when the exterminator comes around for weekly visits. After all this, I sent a letter about my concerns and didn't even get a letter or call back.
