My experience with friendly hills was good and bad. Our first year in the 1bd room apts was horrible. Bugs, old and crappy, and the noise from the people upstairs seemed way louder than average apt living. Dont be fooled by the 1 bd room model!!

We then moved to the top floor which are the 2 bd rooms and have had a completely diff experience. its big and roomy, prices arent bad ( though they jump up each year a lot), dont have to deal with as much noise, and overall nicer quality.
The apts are old, but if you're on a budget and want a decent place to stay then this place is alright (as long as you pick the 3rd floor- trust me! )
