I just moved here a month ago, but I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I never, ever hear my neighbors at all...and I have never had any bug problem. The apartment is big and spacious, and the price per square foot can't be beat. I always have a parking space right in front of my building and the parking lot is well lit. The scenery is nice, very woodsy and flowers all around. The office staff are very nice to me and try to help whenever they can. The maintenance guys are also very nice and come to fix things within a day or two, depending on severity of the problem. If there are any problems here, I have not yet encountered them. If you are looking for a brand new, top of the line apartment, this is not for you. These apartments are older, and show their age in the walls and such, but if all you want is a nice bug free place to lay your head at night, come check it out.
