I read the reviews before I signed up. I moved in anyway. Why' Beacuse it was about 50 bucks cheaper a month than the last place I looked. BAD MANGEMENT! Yes you are treated like gold before you sign your lease. Not so good after. I had a rep tell me that I had until a certain time to pay my rent and when my employeer took an extra half hour I was charged court costs! It's not the law that bothered me or the money (my job was paying for it) it's the people that work there. Oh yeah bugs, YES! not only that I had a dying cat or something in my walls and it freaked me out! CRIME----> My first day there a guy says hi to me on the way by and then yells "hey did you see anyone in my car'" yeah he got his radio stolen. Not a great first day. SO the reviews got me to ask for a 3rd(2nd)floor apt beacuse people said they were better and I thought I did my homework.... I should have walked away.
