I moved here almost two months ago, and so far I'm really impressed. There's been a transition in management recently, but the new staff have all been nice when I've spoken with them--yes, even AFTER signing my lease. I still haven't gotten over how spacious the entire apartment is.

The whole complex is pretty; it kind of gives the feel of a nature park. There's almost always a spot to park right in front of my building, and the few times there hasn't been I've simply parked the next lot over. We're seriously talking about walking a few extra feet, so anyone complaining about parking is simply lazy.

I haven't had the bug issues others have mentioned here, and noise has been VERY minimal compared to every other apartment I've stayed in. I've never had to call maintenance, so I'd be unable to give a review for that aspect--but the fact that nothing has broken for me to need them is a good sign itself.

Keep in mind that most who write reviews do so in the first place because of a bad experience they'd like to complain about. Those who are generally satisfied often don't take the time to write a review, so you don't hear many of their stories. That's exactly why I wanted to throw mine out there--for people to have a little balance when reading these.

Everyone has different needs and Friendly Hills may or may not fit yours. No place is for everyone. But as a college student who appreciates peace, quiet, beauty and coziness, I've had a wonderful experience here so far and see no reason why I wouldn't renew my lease next year as well.
