I currently live in an apartment there and I am not pleased at all. There are several reasons why:
1.The NOISE
There were new "energy efficient" windows installed as they say, but I havent seen any change in my power or gas bill. The glass is so thin, I can hear every sound coming from outdoors. When it rains, you would think that the sound would be soothing. Wrong, it sounds like my window is right behind Niagra Falls. And maintenance comes at 7am or 8am to blow leaves right in front of your window. I hate it for the second shift people like me.
2.The BUGS
I am a very clean person and disgusted by bugs. I see roaches and spiders A LOT. I absolutely hate it.
3.The UPGRADES
The complex done renovations on the apartments recently. Well they must have hired someones inexperienced cousin because they did a horrible job. But they made sure the model apartment was done right how convienent. There are pin sized holes in the walls. The ceiling is very uneven. The bathtub has broken tiles and caulking everywhere. And the walls are insane assylm white. I guess they are forcing you to paint just to have to paint them back my the time you move out.
4.The CABLE HOOKUP
Currently, the cable in my living room is connected to the cable in my bedroom because there is no hookup in the living room. Yes, there is a big black cord going from my living room to my room.
To sum it all up, I was dissatisfied enough to break my lease and move elsewhere!!!!!!

i have the same exact problems as the person above, Noise is unbelieveable - mowing is great and all but does it need to be done soo early? I'm on the third floor and sometimes when people are walking around outside it sounds like they are just standing next to my window shouting! My roomate and I are constantly killing bugs inside, which i can only imagine came from the cracks in the window frames. The air conditioning sucks in the summer, and the gas sucks in the winter... maybe because they are too busy putting money into the landscaping and not enough time in their residents to get them units that aren't 30 plus years old. Even one of the maintenance guys told me there was nothing he could do for my air conditioner it was just old!
