-space and the settling of the apartments
-quieteness
-reasonable price
Dislikes
-slow maintenance reply and sometimes negligince
-no cable other than media works
-no high speed internet access
-very small children's playground
-sound proofing is bad between the adjacent apartments (up and bottom floors are almos ok)
-muddy lawn areas and no taking care of the trees
-far garbage center (you need to drive)
