One of the best apartments in Greensboro in my opinion. The floorplan is designed to have more living space where it matters, lots of windows for light and is overall well designed. Also a porch door in the living room and the bedroom, and the 1/2 bathroom is great for guests! Nothing worse than seeing hairballs on someone's shower while u're using their bathroom. As far as the rest of the property, I could care less. My apartment is all that matters to me, too busy to hang out there. I do notice a lot of kids, but they're everywhere.Avoiding those tenants might be called discrimination...It would be more convenient to have another dumpster by the entrance, instead of just one in the back of the complex, but I don't think Greensboro is known for perfection anyway. It all depends on what u want in an apartment.
