My personal recommendation is to stay away from this condo community. Management will tell you what you want to hear to get you in and then do what they want. You as the tenant are treated as a second class citizen and if you dont get what they say on paper you are stuck with The you said we said and there has been a misunderstanding in what was meant.
The school system both elementary and middle has not met the States minimum standards in two years. Move somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. If you live on the first floor you better get use to hearing your neighbors on the second floor going to the bathroom you hear everything, I mean everything! I am waiting for the least to run out and out I go!

The person is a straight out lair! I don't even live at granite ridge ane the school system southwest is one of the best school sytems in the state the schools are schools of honors Flat out lair!!
