We looked into these apartments. It was by far the best layout. Plenty of room, sunshine, and storage space. I thought the price was reasonable for what you got. However, there are three reasons we went with someone else: 1) Gas heat/water heater = extra money on top of your electric bill. We called the gas company. They said it was running an average rough estimate of $65 a month. (in the winter you pay more, summer pay less, $65 is months added up then divided by 12) 2) Media Works cable. We would miss our Time Warner DVR to much. 3) One of the leasing agents sent up some red flags. We had very little contact with her, and she seemed nice at first, but she got weird when we began asking a lot of questions about the utilities and cable and stuff. Maybe I??m wrong, it??s just how I felt. It is defiantly worth checking into though! It is a beautiful apartment complex with the best layout and design we found in the High Point area.
