Husband and I were looking for apartments this weekend--The place seemed nice, but as soon as you drive through the entrance, there's a ton of trash falling out of the bins and on to the floor that are not enclosed or hidden from view. Not only that, but the trash was 2 feet away from a children's playground--YUCK!!
First impression of the place was that it is dirty, and the people that live there don't care about their surroundings. As soon as we saw that, we made a U-turn to the more cleaner apartment complexes down the road, such as The Arbors, Madison Farm and Lodge at Lakeshore.

Funny . . I rarely hear of people saying bad things about a property if they are just "driving through" as you say. It sounds more like you were driving through because you work at another complex. Tisk tisk & shame on you to say bad things about a good place.
