The word out on the street and amongst the residents is that this place is going down slowly but surely because of the way it is being run. Its is no wonder that every day I come home I see another moving van. I need to start searching for a house myself. There are never any resident activites here or any real good reasons to stay ( I guess you could just go to 1 pool that we have & use the grills that won't light right!) I thought I was moving into an upsale community but the staff (besides maintenance .. they are always nice) is generally unfriendly and make you feel like you are bothering them when you have a problem. The less than proficient manager never comes out of her office and the Direct Path internet and cable here suck. I guess maybe the net in the office is better (') because when you walk past the managers office you can see through the window that she is online but she can't come out and address any of the residents problems. I wonder if their corporate office knows what goes on there' It is sad because it is a decent looking property in a really good location.
