This is in response to the BITTER tenant. I have lived at Granite Ridge for years and I can honestly tell you that the office staff / maintenance staff go above and beyond to please US as tenant. I'm not sure what your problem is that you may be experiencing, but I have never lived on a property that has as little change in the staff as Granite Ridge. This must tell you something. The office staff has been here for as long as I have. I guess you haven't been to the Granite Ridge Holiday Party,or the Holloween Parties. Every party they give is a big turn out. You should have attended (your loss). They put a beautifull NEW playground up for the children and from what I'm being told they will be adding grilling stations throughout the property for our convenience sometime this fall. The new pet park is a blessing to those of us that have and love our pets. The property is very kept up and I will agree that Granite Ridge is an upscale property along with the people who staff it.

I'm not bitter (just disappointed because of how much rent I pay) & it's definitely not "my loss" because I did go to one of their little parties that had just a handful of people there. I think the staff probably had more fun than the residents? The manager's husband who works maint. sometimes was stumbling around, hollering & dirty dancing etc. (Embarassing for all of us there so we left) In their defense, the food was decent but overall if I wanted to see intoxicated people groping each other, I'd go out to a club. For future reference I will skip any parties because I will no longer live here since I think I may have finally found a house and my lease is almost up. As for the playgound, I don't live by it (thankfully) so I haven't noticed it but it is about time the kids around here have a place to play besides by the stinky dumpsters and skateboarding around our cars. I'll believe the grilling stations when I see them. Once the pool is closed you can't even get to the 2 little grills we have and we can't have a grill on our balcony. We can't even get speed bumps put in here. I guess safety isn't the biggest priority? I won't even get into the huge mud field I get to look out to or the flooding sidewalks when it rains hard. Overall the "glowing" reviews all sound staff written .. especially since 2 of them came in on the same day. Good luck guys - I'm out.
