In the few months I have lived here the noise level has increased a great deal. There are kids playing in the streets as there are no designated areas for them.
There seems to be a lot of litter around and there is only one garbage dumpster
which is not enough for a complex of this size. The staff are very nice but their hands seem to be tied when complaints are voiced.

The staffs hands are not tied .. they just don't care because they only have to be there during office hours. I bet if they had to live with the mess they might get off their tails and do something. Try calling the main office 292-9010. Maybe they care what goes on at their so called "luxury" community?
