I lived in this complex for one year as well and just as others stated management is a true problem indeed. Three mangers within one year is a shame. When I first moved into Greenhaven I choose this complex because I was attempting to get a way from A&T students but I guess that didn't work because now more than 3/4 of the residents is from A&T. The loud, crazy Yorktown Apartment residents across the street and their bad tail children make it virtually impossible to drive down the street(Because they are always playing in the traffic and act like cars are not coming. And as another person stated Cindy the original manager was the best that the property has had. I hope now the management can stay consistant and they can serousily adjust their attitudes towards their residents. Oh yeah one last thing, remember to get a receipt for paying your rent... all this changing they might swear you didn't pay your rent. The pros are that you get a washer/ dryer included plus cable.The location is about 7-8 minutes form A&T. It is great in terms of location to the highway (85 South), Downtown is very close by, and Wendover is very easy to get to.

I hated living there!! The manager name Tammi Shutts was such an idiot. They change management too often!!! I loved the unit, but the overall experience was disastrous!! The kids are bad at the complex next door, that ruins the serenity at Greenhaven which has few kids!!!
