Tenants at Heritage House recently found out that their onsite employee Victor Whitsett on the 3rd floor has been in prison for INDECENT LIBERTIES with a CHILD, ASSAULT W A DEADLY WEAPON W INTENT TO KILL and FELONY BREAKING AND ENTERING. TEnants have complained to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS/MANAGERS but they do nothing. Tenants believe because he has done so much dirty work for them that they cannot fire him. He acts as if HERITAGE HOUSE is a prison and he and his drug dealers and prostitites are the WARDENS. They stand at tenants doors and listen to their conversations or under their windows. This is the WORST CASE OF SLUMLORD management I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO RENT OR BUY A PLACE THERE at 310 W Meadowview Road in Greensboro!! They have numerous managers such as McKinney Management, BMG,RELIANT, FULLWOOD, WIGGLESWORTH, CHARLES AND NINA COFFEY and a few others. No one actually manages the building but they do false advertise. From May 2006 to May 7 2007 they have had 432 police calls to that property. It is considered a NUISSANCE property to the police department.
