Blah... Nothing Special

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The office staff wasn't that impressive and would tell you almost anything to get you to sign. Buildings are older and haven't been renovated. You can hear the neighbors above and/or below you. Wouldn't recommend. Just stay away...
