Please do not stay here if you have a choice. Although the price is economical, it is still too much. Management is awful. They look at you like you have four eyes or something... and anything you request is an inconvenience. When I first came everyone was soo happy and after I signed the lease, that quickly changed. My apartment is actually leaning... REALLY! If you look, the floor is separating from the floorboard where the floor is sinking. I can hear my neighbors conversations quite clearly as well. The only good thing is that they spray for bugs. I do not think I ever had a bug in my apartment. Oh, almost forgot. I was located on the second floor and there was a smoker on the third floor and my apartment smelled like cigarettes. It was so bad that when I had company over, they would ask me if I started smoking. It was in my clothes and everything. Not to mention the bad children in the neighborhood. What can you expect though in an apartment complex like this' They would lean and lay on your cars. In the summer time, children would play soccer in the streets, between parked cars!!! I hope this helps and I really wish I would have read it before I moved in.

This is an accurate review. Another thing: dimly lit parking areas have resulted in MANY automobile break-ins and thefts. No plans to increase lighting. Presently employ lackluster security service.
