definitely not what i thought it would be...

I won't talk bad about mgt, b/c i rarely deal with them...half the time i even put my rent in the drop box.

maintenance is usually half done, they come on time, but the job itself is just okay, guess they do just enough to get u in there and thats about it.

and there is a train (depending on what building u stay in, it runs down west mkt) that comes atleast twice a day. if you cant hear it moving over the tracks, you can hear the horn as it blows... you can get used to it, but its not something i would recommend'!'!'!'

the rent is about the only good thing there is and i cant say its worth what i pay...its okay for someone just starting out and able to deal with alot of different things.

and the thin walls...basically everyone else was right, u smell and hear everything. when your neighbors are talkin or whatever else u hear it...when people walk through the halls, u hear it...when people smoke or cook you smell it.

to end...if you HAVE to stay here, sign a 6 month lease b/c i'm almost positive you'll want to move given the opportunity...just being honest
