Definitely had the potential to be nice but savvy management firm has the philosophy of filling the units with anyone and making no effort/incentive toward tenant retention. Not at all familiar with building construction/materials during original building. Frequent break-ins to parked cars and never contact victim regarding their loss or future preventative measures.
Maintenance staff is superior; tasks completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. The off-hours answering service is somewhat rude, argumentative. Similar to regular office staff!

Not properly insulated so utilities run high. Not unusual for advertised amenities to be in disrepair and unavailable.

Office staff only interested in renting units and collecting rents. Suggestions' Keep them to yourself for they'll fall on deaf ears. They'll take advantage of the tenants...clearly no knowledge of customer service, tact or diplomacy.
