From the office staff to your neighbors, rudeness and ridiculousness abounds. The office staff was just breaking their necks to get me to sign a lease and then once I signed and moved in, they treated me like something they stepped in. They did not give me the student discount AFTER it had been agreed upon and they had the paperwork proving it. My toilet has not worked properly, fills with water every few minutes, and even overflowed into my floor twice since I've been there, which is a year now. The air conditioning runs continuously even when it's turned up to 78 degrees. I made a complaint to the office about neighbors around me having domestic disputes every weekend, and neighbors upstairs leaving their kids, not infants, alone at all hours-screaming a 4 in the morning, and I had the office staff make me feel like a dog for complaining and then the office staff went and TOLD THE NEIGHBORS that I complained and the neighbors knocked on my door and confronted me!!! I pay too much rent to not be able to sleep-and feel safe in my own apartment. After I first moved there, someone tried to break into my apartment and it took 2 weeks for the staff to have the door fixed. On top of that, when I asked how much it would be to break my lease, they told me a ridiculous amount and then hung up on me!!! This is not a place you want to live. The neighbors smoke in the hallways and leave lit cigarettes there as well. People play loud music in the parking lots at all hours and cars are broken into every night while the security guard sleeps in his truck. And forget calling the police who are right across the street-they WON'T respond. You might have to pay more for another apartment elsewhere-but believe me-it will be worth every penny. I strongly suggest that you do not live here, take it from a tenant who knows!
