I've been living here for almost one year, and I have to disagree some comments on the office staff. They are friendly and nice people. Maybe they can't put "enough" caring to some individuals, but, after all, they are business people.

Excellent maintainance, lightening repairs were done after talking to office staff.

The tenants are mostly young working professionals. In the first 6 months after I moved in, my building was very quiet. But recently some neighbors are getting noisy occasionally.

Parking is good, nothing needs to worry. Convenient location for shopping. Security can be improved coz I don't want to see any people knocking my door open to sell me something again.
