I don't know what people are talking about that are giving this place bad reviews. I have been living here for a year and a half now and never had a problem. Yeah some things happen. Cars get broken into everywhere! It is inevitable and not the apartment complaxes fault. And someone commiting suicide' As awful as that is, the apartment staff has no control over that!

I think the staff is extremely friendly. They have been friendly to me since the day I moved in. They say hi to me and refer to me by name everytime they see me. And I don't go in the office that often (except to get a package or pay rent), so it's not like they know my name b/c they see me all the time.

The landscaping is nice, the pool and clubhouse are nice as well. The only thing is that some pet owners do not clean up after their pets and being a pet owner myself and cleaning up after mine, that really annoys me. Clean up after your pet!! And keep them on leashes!!!

Oh and the only other downfall is that the appliances are old and so are the cabinets. That's the only thing I don't like.

Anyway I would totally recommend Hunters Chase. It is close to EVERYTHING you need!
