Reading through the reviews, I'm not exactly sure where all the negative feedback is coming from. My husband and I have lived at the complex for over three years and have never experienced any difficuties with the staff. Every time we've had an issue with noise or anything in my apartment, it has always been promptly resolved. This is our fourth apartment and I've never cared about having a personal relationship with the staff just that they do their job. So here are the facts, the manager won manager of the year for this area last year and the assistant manager won it this year. I would say this is doing your job pretty well. I've also noticed that the new leasing agent is much more professional than past ones that were more interested in what was happening out by the pool than resolving any residents issues. We've actually just signed another lease so we dont plan on leaving any time soon. As far as the price, its pretty good for this area considering you have everything around you (shops, eats, etc.)

well..i agree, it is a beautiful property and the office staff is run well. however, as far as manager of the year and assistant manager of the year, they have to do alot of butt kissing with the TAA to get that. As far as the new leasing agent, she seems nice, but i do think they have always tried to keep a very professional atmosphere. I do understand where you are coming from about not caring about a relationship, just do their job. I think part of their job is to establish a relationship. All I know is, they have tried to keep a leasing agent before and they all leave. The last one way there the longest since I have lived there. Let's just hope this one stays it out. I know I like living here and from the way it seems, things seem to be ran correctly. I do not know what goes on behind the office doors though.

dooggins1...The last leasing agent was there for 1 year and she was able to become an assistant manager at another complex. Would you stay in the same position if you could move up, make more money, and get a new title to begin rounding out your resume? I guess you might seeing how you don't appear to like change. And what is the TAA? I didn't see anything about the TAA is the post above...hmmmmmm??? I like it here, actually love it here. They seem to care about the tenants and feel that I have a healthy relationship w/the staff... I pay my rent on time, they in turn take care of my maintenance issues, give me a pretty place to stay, have all the extras I could ask for (and a Notary Public...bonus!) Now if only me and my boyfriend could have it so good! :)
