I have lived in 7 communities and I can honestly say Hunters Chase is the best value for my money!
The landscaping really is beautiful. The location really is unbeatable. The staff (both office and maintenance) are professional & friendly. They express an interest in residents and seem to care genuinely about their quality of living. The manager follows up on issues that concern residents. The buildings are very well maintained; the only way you can tell it is an 18 year old community is by the mature landscaping. Another noticeable feature is the friendliness of the residents. People here actually talk to each other. I would not even consider living anywhere else in GSO.
