i have lived here for 2 years now this month. i have always loved it here. i have no idea what people are talking about when they say the staff is rude. they have never been anything but nice and friendly to me. i have NEVER had a problem with them. the landscaping and environment of the complex is nice. you won't understand this until you live there and then try to find an aprtment somwehere else. the parking is great and never a problem. the pool is great and well kept. the only problem is that some people don't pick up after their dogs, but that is gonna be anywhere you go. i am a dog owner and i pick up after my dog but somepeople are just lazy and don't. and honestly that is my only complaint about the place. i have really enjoyed my time at hunters chase. i have to now move b/c my boyfriends brother is going to be moving down here and we need a 3 bedroom. it has been a really hard decision to make though. we really do not want to leave b/c we are comfortable here.
i would definitely recommend hunters chase.
