I have been going through these reviews to see what some of the former or present residents have said about the property and most of it seems to be a lie. I think I will tell you the truth now. I've come to notice that this property doesn't care about their residents and is only in the business to make a dollar. It's one thing to go into business, but in order to keep your business going you do need to have soem type of respect for the people who rent from you. Granted it is a nice property but if you want to deal with staff who have no kind of respect whatsoever for their residents then this is the place you need to be. I lived here for 6 months because I was skeptical about signing a year lease. I never really trusted those pale-skinned people anyway. Those rude people over in the leasing office are hungry for your money. to keep others from making the same mistake i did, please don't rent from this property i'm sure there are other places out there that you will be satisfied with more.

First of of all HIYA or whatever your redneck name is. You need need to let people have their own opinion without making biased statements. How do you know this person is not mexican or ---- second. Pale-skinned only make up about 20% of the worlds population maybe less. Cant you feel the world closing in around you? I bet you wouldnt say those things in person...the homies might come get you!

Okay, I agree that the ghetto comment was out of place, but the original poster did make the first racist comment and kind of opened the gate....and then your comment was racist, what makes you any better? I mean, you are going to argue with someone for being racist and then call them "redneck"...people these days...no sense at all.

i thought the comment was funny, but it generalizes all "pale-skinned" individuals...not cool.
I do think though that the poster of the comment was not trying to be racist, but just expressing his/her experience with the "pale-skinned" individuals that managed the community.
