Overall the apartments are okay, but the place has seen better days. I was here when Cindy and Nora were working here and they made the place that it USED to be. Quinton, the maintenance spervisor, IS amazing and I have never had any issues with maintenance. I do have a problem with the current staff. They do not seem to have a clus about how to treat people-especially us that pay rent. They are "wishy-washy", make decisions that they do not stand behind, and host parties in the clubhouse that range from pyramid schemes to Mary Kay sales. Wait...are you not making enough $$$ from the rent we pay every month that you have to peddle your wares and make more...Is it considered a conflict of interest''' What happened to having events for the residents, not for your own personal gain'!' Whatever. I wish Cindy and Nora were here. They really cared, were quick to respond when we had a proble with a neighbor, and followed up to make sure things were better. The new residents that I have seen make me wonder what standards have been worked around to get them to move in. This is my home and I used to be so proud, sent friends and co-workers here but now I am ashamed and wonder what they will think. I am moving at the end of my lease-got 2.5 months left and I am going to move where I know I will be taken care of. I spoke with Cindy today and she is still as friendly and vibrant as ever. No matter how much I complained about the situation, she was a true professional and just listened. I also heard great news about Nora. I am moving where Cindy is working now--I do not even need to see the place but I am going to visit anyway. For nothing else but to see Cindy. Yes, Hunters Chase was special but it has lost that certain element that made it home for me. An apartment is an apartment is an apartment, I know. But Hunters Chase just isn't what it used to be. Do what you want but consider another place to call home. This is not it. Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate'a=r&complex_id=336852509427409#ixzz0SYXer3Nm

What in the world are you smokin'??? I live at Hunters Chase.. have been here for two years, and a love it here! The girls in the office are great. Of course - I am nice to them, so maybe that makes it easy for them to be nice to me. I was in the office one day, and a man who lives here was really giving Denise a hard time over something. But she was super nice to him, and I heard her tell him she would do anything she could to fix whatever his grief was over. If I had been in her place, I think I would have told him to get a life. And even though he was soooo rude to her, she was very professional, and never said a harsh word. I actually heard what he was fussing about... and -- it was something management had no control over.. I have no complaints. I have met the maintenance supervisor and his asssitant, and they are great too. And I will recommend Hunters Chase to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

I agree... I live at Hunters Chase too... I have been here three years now... don't plan on moving out any time soon. And I know this for a fact... they have people on a waiting list to get in here.. If it's such a bad place, why are people waiting to get in???

I am nice to them too...but I disagree with you. Do both of you work here? I do not know why anyone is waiting to get in here. Perhaps they were recruited at one of the Mary Kay parties. Whatever...Live where you want, think what you want. This place is not for me anymore. If you want to continue to post responses/comments-even though you work here-and pull the wool over peoples eyes, go ahead. It will all come out eventually. Do not live here. The End

This is Denise and I do work in the office. None of the above responses are from us and I do not have a problem stating who I am. I am truly disappointed in the negative reviews and wonder if you would like to come talk with us. Maybe it would be best for you to find another apartment home. We try very hard to make our residents happy and even though that cannot always happen, it seems as if we have dropped the ball somewhere with you. I am truly sorry if we have done anything to offend you so badly that you hate us this much. I am sure that Cindy or Nora either one would be happy to have you where they are at or maybe even another apartment community. There are a few people here that do not like us but the ones that do far out way the ones that don't. I don't know that anyone can be completely happy all the time at any apartment community, but we are willing to give you the option to try.

I am just waiting for my lease to expire too.You are wrong Denise. Many many of the residents who had lived here for years left, and many of us are just waiting. The office employees (all of them) are not efficient at all.Have no idea when you ask them something or you have a problem that needs to be solved or fixed in the apartment.Have you counted the amount of pitbulls in the property? no,because they are concerned about their parties. no customer service. They do not care about us, the residents.....it was a beautiful place and I used to call it home.
