The apartments overall are not as bad as most of these reviews say that they are. It does have problems. I have been living there for a while now, the complex has underwent great changes. These changes include having new management. They have recently hired new maintenance workers, I had the pleasure of talking to one of them the other day. Trust me if this guy comes out to your apartment you will have no complaints when he leaves. I've had several visits from the maintenance staff and they always tell me that what I need is on special order and that it will take a couple of weeks to get it, then they never come back. Bryan came to my apartment and within an hour he had fixed several long term on going problems, including a messed up burner on my stove, a dripping bath tub, a leaky sink and a broken garbage disposal. When he came to my place he had only been with the apartments for 1 week, so he is still new. Word is getting around that hunters glen is doing many things to improve, such as hiring honest knowledgable workers like bryan and offering good prices. If you have a problem with something all you need to do is call the office and it is taken care of, if you have any problem with something being broken just ask for bryan. You will notice him because he's the only well dressed maintence worker, he wears nice polos all the time.

Sounds like this was posted by Bryans wife, or someone who wants to be, or some office staff. Anyways did they get rid of the urine smell in all the breezeways? Did they clean the pool or make the playground respectable? Did they do something about the obvious drug dealers that stand out in the parking lot? Did they clean up the dumpster areas? Right, I didnt think so.

I am a member of the office staff, and I can assure you we did not post the comment about Bryan.lol It was nice to hear something positive, and truthful. The swimming pool has been closed, and covered for 2 years now...I would also like to thank the Greensboro Police Department for paying such close attention to our property. Hunter's Glen has a zero tolerance for drugs. Perhaps readers should visit Hunter's Glen and form their own opinion. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturday 10am - 6pm. Positive prospective residents are always welcome =)

Dear ??jjspentzu??, While I am indeed flattered by your gracious review, I would like to add a few additional things. While your review does seem to be true, I have asked www.apartmentratings.com to remove the review due to personal information being given. Do not misunderstand me for I am very pleased that you found satisfaction is my workmanship. As for items being on special order that does happen sometimes; however, it is not an everyday occurrence. All of our maintenance staff is continuously working harder to make our community a better community; we appreciate the fact that you are satisfied with our work. As for the polo??s??I??m not sure what to say other than my girl friend picked them out (she has good taste). On the serious side of things, I now have my uniform shirts which are required. Although this review only speaks of me personally, I would also like to point out that the other two maintenance men who are currently with our community would have handled your problems the same way, our entire maintenance staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Dear person posting as ??Anonymous?? on 11/9/2009, I do not have a wife; however, I did check with my girlfriend just to make sure that she was innocent and knew nothing about this. She was clueless about it, as I thought. I do have a good idea who wrote this; however, I will not push that issue. As earlier stated I am in the process of having the review removed due to it containing my name in it. I do have a few questions for you. Which breezeways smell like urine? Call the office and get us a work order for that so that we can get them cleaned right away! I have never noticed a urine smell in any of our breezeways. The pool has been closed since I have been employed with the community, from my understanding it has been closed for some time now. As for the playground, like I said I??m still new; I haven??t seen the playground yet. The dumpster areas are normally clean. I??m under the impression that you, Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous, do not live here. I??m also under the impression that these problems which you pointed out might have been problems for the past but are not currently a problem. You are insinuating that the dumpster areas are not clean and that really disturbs me! Our maintenance staff spends time every morning picking up garbage and litter from the property. We try to present our property in the most attractive, neat and clean way possible. If anyone has a problem all they need to do is call the office and then they will send us to the problem to fix it. As a side note, those drug dealers must not be too obvious because I have never seen them. Anonymous, I think that perhaps you work at another apartment community and have read about our past problems, but those problems are just that??past problems! I??m even hesitating to say that they were ever problems; however, I will only speak for what I know and that is that the items which you have pointed out are completely inaccurate. Dear Anonymous posting 11/14/2009, Thanks for clearing up those issues concerning the pool. Dear Reviewers, I would like to encourage you to visit our property before taking anything which is being said over a website to heart. Our office staff is both friendly and sincere, our maintenance crew is awesome. Our community operates very smooth, and we try to make everyone feel welcomed. My best advice would be for you to come by the office and see for yourself.
