My husband and I absolutely love this apartment complex. We have lived here for over a year and if things keep up the way they have in the past year, we may never leave. When we were looking at apartments, we researched and visited several. This apartment complex was at the top of our list for safety, price, location and aesthetics. The grounds are beautifully maintained and defintely were the nicest of all of the apartment complexes we saw in Greensboro. Everyone who visits us remarks at how nice the grounds and our apartment is. We love the location. It is extremely close to shopping areas and grocery stores; however, once in the complex, you don't know that you are in a large city. We love the walking/biking trails that are right next to the apartment. The staff is very friendly and know who we are. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Whenever anything needs to be fixed, they are there within a day to fix it. The apartments are quiet and I feel safe around the complex. Kensington has done a lot of updating around the grounds and outside of the apartments (parking lot, repainting buildings, new light fixtures outside). I only have two negative comments. One is that I wish they would update the kitchen appliances. The kitchen appliances work well but are a little old. The other negative comment is that I wish they would give us a little more of a heads up when they need to get in the apartments for routine maintenance. Often times, they let us know barely 24 hours in advance.

Even with the two negatives, I would highly recommend this apartment complex. We are very happy here. There are so many positives to this complex. It is, by far, the best that we have seen in Greensboro!!!
