Lake Brandt apartments was a horrible living experience. Noisy, young A&T college students, booming bass at all hours of the night. Disrespectful neighbors in general. Lived in 2 different Apartments in complex, with same situation in both buildings.

Got personally threatened by tentant for asking him to turn down his music, that the bass traveled throughout the house, and my wife was sick. Told me to "come down here and ask him to turn down his music" and "its 'white boys' like you who get themselves shot" Reported it to office, NO ACTION TAKEN, when I was assured he was not a tenant by giving them the lisence plate. He was.

Detergent and "downey balls" stolen out of washing machine on numerous occasions. Laundry basket stolen once, empty.

Security gated entrance OFTEN left open for weeks at a time, "being repaired"

Neighbor had car hit in parking lot, no note.

Work requests not completed by staff.

Posted hours not observered by office staff. Multiple times left work early to get there before closing, and they were already gone at least 15-30 mins early.

These apartments are in a very nice, respectable NW section of greensboro, which is why I chose to live there. Once through the gates though, it was horrible.
