Lots of problems..apartment was suppose to be move in condition but I had to re-shampoo carpets, clean windows, patio was filthy, closet on patio had to be totally cleaned before I could store anything. Several things were broken. Filthy under refrigerator and range. Top of cabinets were greasy and full of dust. Rules are made up as they go..very slow to fix things, security gates haven't worked in months, letting all kinds of strangers in to use our pools. Laundry, fitness, and pool areas not kept clean. Dogs are allowed to defacate anywhere they please and not cleaned up.
