The only positive thing about LBA is that they have good parking. The sales guy will charm you, but the rest of the staff sucks and will not lift a finger to help you after the lease is signed. Exhorbitant fees for everything, very rude staff, way inattentive maintenance crew. Apartments were broken into right next to us and all they did was blow smoke in some cheesy letter. The gate is always malfunctioning. Go down the road a ways and find something else.

I not sure you live at lake brandt the parking is a concern I occasionally have to walk a bit to get to my building but I have never had an issue with maintenance and if you do, I recomend you contact the office and I would be willing to bet your problem would be solved. I have never had a problem that was'nt handled both proptly and professionally.

I got the same feeling about the staff. I has looking at other places.During the tour the lady said, " this is a 40 pounds water heater and if it leaks just call us out to fix it." You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out something is not right!!!! The management tried to pressure me into moving in.They are crazy!!!! Check the BBB website their was a former complaint on there about repair.
