Although this is an older complex and they do accept Government subsidized people, I feel the staff do a tremendous job keeping the grounds and the buildings in very good shape.
If you are looking for a party complex then keep looking elsewhere but if you are looking for somewhere to call home with great neighbors. Then Lakemont is a place to look into.
