I moved back to Greensboro in February of 2002 and fell in love with Latham Park Manor. It has huge old oak trees that not only provide shade but a lot of character as well. Before moving to Greensboro I lived in Raleigh. I was used to apartments that were flat boxes full of grouchy people. Latham Park is a neighborhood and the people who live here aren't just people that you see while going to your car. I actually know all of my neighboors by name and they are great people!
