I'm a 30-something female and have lived in Latham Park Manor for about 3 years now. My neighbors are all pleasant and friendly. The grounds are well kept and there are a lot of huge oak trees that give a lot of character to the place. The apartments are well kept and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to problems. It's a fun, safe place to live. Overall, I think this is the best apartment neighborhood I've lived in (in Greensboro and elsewhere).
