Latham park is in a very nice location. The prices are very reasonable. I took a tour of it and liked it. The only thing I do not like about it is the kitchen and the bathroom those rooms are very small. It always seems quiet when ever I drive through as well. Ill keep you posted with whether or not i will become a tenant.
