Noisy apartments

Good location and overall a nice area. The apartments were not built very soundly. For a fairly new complex the townhouses/apartments were built on the cheap.
You can hear the neighbors and their music through the walls. Also, parking can be a challenge sometimes. Plus, it seems a lot of 18-25 year olds move in for their first place ... and they do not respect their neighbors. Also plumbing (drains and toliets) challenges.
