if you looking for a place to rent please DO NOT go to marchester apt. At first when I got here it was very quiet and peacful and the price of the rent fit the apt. but as time progressed, things got worse. The fitness room is pitiful. 75% of the equipment does not work. When you have a complaint about noise, It goes unheard... even when you have called security, written letter complaints, and spoke with management themselves. Rent for a 1 bed room is $600 and this is not including garbage, water, or sewage. you have to pay that separately. The laundry room is always a mess and contunue to change price on the washer and dryers. And when it comes to noise yes there is plenty of it coming from the people that live on the second or third floor. Yelling and screaming, banging, stomping. Its terrible! the last six months I have not been able to sleep in peace and wake up on my own. I was constantly being awoken by my upstairs neighbors or the noise from cars blasting music outside. Unless you sleep like the dead and dont mind paying more than what its worth and dont mind management not doing anything about your concerns ,then be my guest this may be the spot for you!
