If I had it to do all over again I would not have picked this community. I am living with ants during every season even on the second floor. The walls are very thin..and I hear my neigh. downstairs constantly! I complained three times and nothing was done. NEEDLESS TO SAY...I WOULD NOT RECOMMNED.
