I have lived in two different two bedroom apartments at Saint Croix and have found that the size and style vary drastically. My first apt. was more expensive than my second apt. although my second was larger! I do not feel as safe as I used to due to new clientele, e.g. evicition notices on doors now. This place used to be nice, but it is slowly going under, I do have hopes that this will change, but not much other than a new gym has been done. The buildings and apliances are very old and need updating immediatly. The current landscapers seem to make the trees as choppy and as unatractive as possible. I would say currently this place is just ok, it is in a good location, but I think there are others that might be better.
