I have lived at St. Croix (now Mission Friendly Ridge) for three years and I've had enough. When I first moved in, I had no problems, the staff was friendly and all issues were resolved quickly. Now that the management has changed over, the place has gone downhill in a hurry. I had a peeping-tom and no one cared, things around the apartment break and they don't come to fix them for a week, the parking lot is filled with pot holes for a month now, there is a bee infestation, chimneys are falling over, and no one cleans up after their dogs with no complaints from management. If you are looking for a place to live, keep on looking because this place is not for you.
