I have lived here for 2.5 years and not had any major problems. They have always fixed the things I ask promptly. The maintenance crew is very nice and always throws a hand up when they see you.
I moved to a different apt within the complex at the beginning of the year and the new management made it a very easy task for me and worked with me on any requests I had.
