For my first apartment, I guess it isn't too bad, but next time, I will pay the extra money to get a nicer place. I have had a few times were I have had to call security over noise problems, and hoodlums hanging outside for 2 AM drugdeals. It is rediculous. I have a neighbor now above me, and next to me who like to blast their ghetto music. Roaches were a problem for the first 5-6 months, but since a number of times complaining, it was for the most part taken care of. I have found the staff to be friendly, and the maitenance staff also friendly, and fast at correcting problems. The community is somewhat friendly. The outdoor pool is almost always green, and the indoor pool is not heated, or the heater is broken. I have had my vehicle tampered with at least twice while living here, and had my license plate stolen on one occasion. Overall I think this could be a great place, and the apartments have a lot of potential. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
