i lived in several apartments at northwinds and i liked each one. yeah when i moved in to one of them there were roaches because the last tenant was a nasty piece of garbage but since i am not it was no problem for the managment to get rid of them and they stayed gone. the property is not the newest property but it is in good shape and the maintenance staff are good at keeping it up. some of you complain that they dont get there fast enough for you but you are just being stupid. there are over 300 apartments here and sometimes that means it might take them awhile to change your light bulbs if someone else has a real emergency. now i agree that at times with the different office staff changes that dealing with the office can be trying but the thing you must remember is that no ever stays in the office long. some of you should remember sharon. i dont think she even lasted a year. i guess my point is that for money you really cant beat northwinds. you know you do get what you pay for after all.
